I just wanted to send you a big thank you for going out of your way to get me that steering fluid for my vehicle this past weekend.

My car breaking down could have been enough to ruin my day but you didn’t miss a beat in volunteering to help out. I was grateful to be able to enjoy the lesson worry-free.

I also wanted to thank you for your extraordinary level of customer service and taking the time to impart your product knowledge specific to my needs.

You went above and beyond in so many ways and believe me, those things get noticed. I may live over an hour away but your level of service is enough to make me drive the distance!
