This rod is in excellent condition. The Loomis Greenwater series were designed as light duty saltwater inshore rods. While they do that job very well, they’re equally home in freshwater. Some tournament pros have been known to use saltwater rods due to the excellent distance casting capabilities. This rod is capable of delivering exceptional distances and would be ideal for spoons, jigs, small swimbaits and soft plastic baits.
