I am the guy you sold 4x Frog’s Hair Tippet to on Thursday for Steelhead fishing on the Credit. I thought you’d like to hear how I did.

My son and I fished all the runs and pools we normally do. After 4 1/2 hours without a bite, we decided to call it a day. Well, maybe a quick fly change and one more cast. So, I cast 45 degrees up stream, drifted down until just slightly below me and there’s a fish! He wasn’t big but took to the air and threw the hook. Ok one more cast. So, I cast 45 degrees up stream, let the flies drift down and just slightly below me there’s another fish! Landed this one, though he wasn’t much bigger than the first. Ok one more cast. This time we hooked into a 30″ freight train! The fish immediately took flight flying straight for my chest, splashed down around my knees, did a 180, dove down, and launched straight for the clouds this time thrashing like a giant Tarpon! He splashed down and shot straight across to the opposite bank like a torpedo, only to pop off and leave me with my heart in my throat… Bad knot. It all happened in a flash, but I’ll never forget that fish’s face! Thanks for the great service!
